CIS is abiding by federal and state mandates with regard to employees working from home and distancing themselves from other people. This includes limiting on-site visits only after all other means of remote service have been exhausted. In addition, we are actively taking measures to mitigate the spread of coronavirus in regard to devices we handle ourselves before and after we make contact to protect our customers and our employees.
At the onset, we devoted many hours to help users prepare to work remotely (from home) in a secure and productive fashion. We continue to place an extreme emphasis on security and incident response recognizing that the increased vulnerabilities introduced by remote access have made this an even more lucrative landscape for the cybercriminals.
