Center Information Services (CIS) provides high-end technology solutions to not-for-profit organizations in upstate NY.

We ask that you recognize that, while we are working hard not to compromise the quality of solutions and support we deliver, the safety and protection of the user population we support, the professionals that make up this company, and fellow members in the community we serve – need to be our highest priority right now.

CIS is abiding by federal and state mandates with regard to employees working from home and distancing themselves from other people.  This includes limiting on-site visits only after all other means of remote service have been exhausted.  In addition, we are actively taking measures to mitigate the spread of coronavirus in regard to devices we handle ourselves before and after we make contact to protect our customers and our employees.

At the onset, we devoted many hours to help users prepare to work remotely (from home) in a secure and productive fashion.  We continue to place an extreme emphasis on security and incident response recognizing that the increased vulnerabilities introduced by remote access have made this an even more lucrative landscape for the cybercriminals.
